1. Use of the platform
You agree to use CP Crypto Market only for lawful activity and in accordance with applicable rules in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials.
2. Trading & market information
Market prices, charts and other information may be delayed, unavailable or affected by external data providers. A displayed price is not a guarantee of execution price unless explicitly confirmed by the applicable order flow.
3. Wallets & blockchain transfers
You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network and destination address. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, unsupported network or user-controlled wallet error.
4. Fees
Applicable platform fees are configured by the platform and may change. Current charges should be reviewed before confirming a transaction.
5. Account restrictions
Accounts may be suspended, restricted or terminated where required for security, compliance, abuse prevention or violation of platform rules.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, market manipulation, money laundering, impersonation, malware distribution or other unlawful activity.
